Sweetbread is the tastiest piece of organ meat and extremely nutritious. Per 100gr it contains more vitamins and minerals than a kilo of vegetables.
Comes in a pack of 454gr and is easy to prepare. Bring water to the boil and add the sweetbreads for a minute. Then take them out to remove the hard pieces. Then you can just pan fry it with some breadcrumbs on top. Simple, nutritious and delicious.
